Nail and Hammer

Unwinding, unrelenting, a series of actions

Conflicting, constricting, driving foes into factions

Chaos a hammer, our people the nail 

Resolution the cure, a boat we choose not to sail

The hammer bangs down, for thats but its role

Accumulating tear, albeit like cracks to a bowl

When the pressure releases and the fight is no more

We assess the damage done, the cries for justice that roar

Knowing time is a clock, that we cannot rewind 

We move onward in our journey, repeating this perpetual bind
